Do they charge “hourly” or a “flat-rate”? What's the price range?


We offer services on a flat-rate philosophy. We do not bill you for every minute of every service. Our prices range greatly depending on the specific level of service required, with clients paying anywhere from $300 to $2,000 per month for management of EACH social media platform. Do they keep their clients informed and “in the loop”?


Social Starfish will always keep your company informed of the services provided with monthly reports, phone calls, and even meetings when necessary. We’re here for you - keeping the client happy is our TOP priority.




Are they just there to troubleshoot and fix problems?


Not Social Starfish. Though we correct issues should a problem occur, we take a proactive approach to make sure we detect and resolve potential problems before they happen.




Ok, so I'm interested. How long of a contract do I have to sign up for?


Almost every OTHER social media PR/marketing agency you reach out to will require you to sign a 6-12 month contract of service. At Social Starfish, we BELIEVE in the quality of our work, and don't find it necessary to require a long term contract. Our services are offered month to month - giving you the freedom and flexibility to change or even cancel your service at any time with just 30 days notice.
